Overview

When I joined, the platform was functional but structurally fragmented. Over time, features had been added incrementally without a cohesive UX model. This resulted in:

• Inconsistent interaction patterns
• High cognitive load on data-heavy screens
• Multi-tab configuration with no clear sequence
• No visible progress or completion states
• Increased onboarding friction
