Overview

When I joined this project, the platform was functional—but difficult to use.

Over time, features had been added without a cohesive UX strategy. As a result, users faced dense screens, inconsistent patterns, and long workflows that were hard to follow. The same action behaved differently depending on where you were in the product, increasing cognitive load and slowing everyday tasks.

Primary users included program managers and cross-functional stakeholders responsible for creating, reviewing, and closing programs across multiple phases.

The challenge wasn’t to reinvent the product—but to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to a complex enterprise system.

The Challenge

This meant every design decision needed to be intentional, defensible, and scalable.
